Beacon Bluff brings to light new opportunities for old the 3M property. More than 100 years after 3M moved to Saint Paul, the Port launched a marketing effort to rekindle the beacon of innovation throughout the 61-acre East Side site that helped launch 3M as a global leader.
Demolition began today on the 317,000 square foot Building 42 in the Beacon Bluff Business Center. The Port is clearing the site for redevelopment. This is not one of the buildings that our national brokers, Casserly Turley, is marketing for reuse.
