Beacon Bluff is located along the Phalen Corridor in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The 61-acre site is north of the intersection of Minnehaha Avenue East and East Seventh Street. From west to east, it is located between Highway 61 (Arcade Street) and Johnson Parkway.
Just a couple miles from downtown Saint Paul with easy access to interstates 35E and 94, the site is within 10 miles of an international and 5 miles from a corporate airport. It borders a rail line and is just north of the Mississippi River for barge transportation options.
