The excitement for the future of Beacon Bluff along the Phalen Corridor is catching on. HealthEast Medical Transportation, a subsidiary of HealthEast Care System, moved in August into its new 46,000-square-foot building on the western end of the Beacon Bluff Business Center. The $4.5 million complex will be used for training, administration and indoor parking for ambulances. At least 70 percent of its new hires are expected to be Saint Paul residents. HealthEast Medical Transportation also benefitted from the Federal New Market Tax Credit financing program.
“We are excited to be the first new neighbor.
The new facility is a dream come true.”
– Brad Anderson, Senior Director
