In addition to the offer of land and buildings for a dollar on qualified sites, reduced interest rate and tax advantaged financing opportunities are available to new owners. Those purchasing historic buildings for re-use may qualify for additional Historic District tax credit incentives and other preservation based incentives.
Zoned industrial, the land and buildings at Beacon Bluff are well suited for light industrial, showroom or office use as well as for green energy, technology, biomedical or other high technology uses.
Those buyers purchasing parcels at market prices are also eligible for low-cost financing, negotiated energy cost reductions and other financial incentives.
